Drafty door latch V70-XC70 2000

Whenever I have a window or the sunroof open at all, I get a draft from the

door latch lever (the chrome lever on the inside of the door for opening)on both front doors of my V70. Dealer says this is normal. Anyone else have this problem? I suspect that there's a foam seal missing or something-any ideas on part numbers etc?

Note that it doesn't matter whether I have the climate unit on fresh or recirc, nor what fan speed is selected. The car _does_ have to be moving...
