High idle and snappy throttle after full throttle acceleration 850 1994

I tried this several times - both with the car running (just a quick snap of the throttle to see if the idle would change) and with the engine off. No difference though...the problem is still there.

I cleared the codes last week. I will check again tomorrow to see if any have been stored.
