Yep! I found that too.

I let my girlfriend know that the fixed headrests are safer, but she and I both agree that moveable headrests make more sense. There's a very small chance of actually benefiting from the fixed headrest but there's 100% certainty in benefiting from moveable ones, which is why I think most cars use moveable headrests. I myself am comfortable in the Volvo, but when we soon get the more practical Subaru Outback or Dodge Durrango for winter travel and trips, the Volvo will be sitting in the garage a lot more often.
