If it wasnt so much fun (;) to get to the cap and rotor I would say do it every 30K for max performance.

You are changing the plugs every 15k why not the cap and rotor? ;)

I just did the cap, rotor and plugs on mine at 30K and none were very worn.

I would sat the cap and rotor could got to 45K no problem.

The cap and rotor looked almost new and the plugs still had the correct gap. I changed to copper plugs and did notice that the car starts and shuts off smoother but seems to idle rougher.
