O2 Sensor - Ease of Replacement 850 95

Hello All,

My father has been told by the dealer that his ’95 850 needs a new oxygen sensor (the front one), and the whole job would be in the neighborhood of $400.

I do work on my 2 DLs, but I’ve never done a thing on the 850. Is it as easy to change the sensor on the 850 as it is on the 240? I have no idea where it is. I know the part alone is about $200 at Carparts.com.

I’d appreciate any info. Thanks.
