What type of ABS system do I have? V70-XC70 1998

Is the ABS system manufactured by Bocsh or other?

I've heard that with certain ABS systems the pressure at the bleeder valve is huge and can really blow out if you open it without first releasing the pressure. Has anyone ever seen this on a Volvo and if so how do you release the presssure?
