Great to know - my S70 does the same thing when I turn on the AC. It's also got 2 squeaks/rattles. I guess I'm waiting for the evaportator to die completely before I go about removing the whole dash, though...really not looking forward to that, hopefully it'll get through this summer. It's held a charge for a month thus far.
