Park or neutral, makes no difference. Take out ALL 5 spark plugs! When you have compression, it makes turning the engine by hand impossible. Besides, after the Tbelt is installed, you will want to turn the engine 720 (2 rotations) to see if everyting is OK, before you start the engine.

When you restart the engine, let it run for at least 2 minutes to get the oil pressure and sensors to a normal state.
