Okay, went for a number of start/stop/idle trips for a couple of hours after I got home. I've decided that there is nowhere nearby where I can cruise for a solid 6 minutes at 1500-2200 RPMs w/o having to stop. At least not for 5-8 cycles.
That said, I thought I was able to get through the cycle several times despite traffic, but I could not get everything to test "OK" or "Ready"
With a new gas cap, the CEL came on and I threw the same dang code 0442 small evap system leak. I'm ordering the hoses from FCP tonight.
The code reader returns the following data.

I'm wondering if the Evap System Monitor is incomplete due to the CEL and the small leak.
The Secondary Air System seems to mean very little - supplemental device for CAT... Does it need to set to pass emissions inspection?
The O2 "Sens Mon" is different from the O2 "Sens Htr" How?
At this rate, my 20-day inspection will expire before I get the system to set.
