S70 headlight motor, Low beam coverage S70 1998

Looking in the Haynes book the other day to see how to change my low beam bulbs
I saw a mention of "headlight motor". Did they mean wiper motor or some other kind
of motor. If they meant some other kind of motor, what does it do?

I'm having a problem with my low beam coverage. It was too dim and did not cover enough. The high beams are fine, plenty bright good coverage.
I bought a pair of "Brighter bulbs" Sylvania Silver Stars. now I have brighter light but poor coverage forward and to the sides. The car is a T5 and looks like it has a slightly nose down stance but measuring from the ground to the center of the wheel well arcs is 25" (appx.)I'm hoping that some head light adjustment at the shop will cure this.

Any input or thoughts appreciated!

Freezing in coastal NC!
All you folks up north of here can tell me to quit whining now!

Regards
Woody
