96 850 P0133 code after a few months with new sensor 850

Leave the sensor alone for now, they are very difficult to clean properly. It involves a blow torch.

If the leak is after the rear O2S then it shouldn't be a problem. It could be an easy weld job and probably needs to be fixed.

If you can monitor the rear O2S, try it. It is very low voltage and should not fluctuate much at all.
