Pulls to the right 850 1995

Help please!

My T-5R sedan (5 spd) pulls to the right pretty heavily. It is at the dealer right now, and they say the alignment is "perfect." They also say it pulls to the right, so they are duly puzzled... It also skitters all over the road, but its always done that. The pulling is new.

Any suggestions? The dealer recently replaced the right hand CV joint boot (after it sprayed its guts all over the place). And (confession) it has been curb hopped...

Of course the stock (205/45R17) tires are worse, but the winters (205/55R16) are better but still pull. The dealer says that with steel rims (they tried some) it's better, but still pulls.
