I had the same shift problem in my 855T a few weeks ago. My mechanic said that it was the PNP switch that is either stuck in winter mode or the electronic sensor is not completely locked in a gear. The PNP switch was cleaned and the car has run flawless since. The PNP switch was replaced three years ago, so it is a high maintenance item.
