Not an exact match, but for the family 1999 V70 NA engine with manual trans:
Interstate: about 29-30 mpg
Town in summer: 25 mpg
Town in winter: 22 or 23 mpg

Stop-and-go driving in winter is deadly to fuel economy, and deadly with regards to wear and tear we have found.
