Hi, on my 850-94 the dtc pointed out right rear sensor. to check the sensor itself the ohm is about 1000 ohm and signal 0.1V with rotating speed 1r/s.

in most cases it's the control module but for me the sensor was dead, broken circuit. easy to replace as -94 is still traditional twisted pair cabling.
