Without removing everything, if my 1998 has a distributor and cap, and has engine serial number 1311299 can I assume it has the MECHANICAL tensioner, and not the hydraulic tensioner? does that mean the original will last up to 105,000 miles and not 80,000?? Does anyone know for sure? thanks for any help.
