Can you check the fuel pressure on the cold engine? Fuel delivery never sets a code and if the pressure is too high it will foul the plugs. I don't know where the fuel pressure regulator is on the S80, probably by the rear wheel, you could check the vacuum line and see if there is any gasoline present.

BTW, a code is only set when the sensors are out of spec or fail completely. If one of the sensors is reading too low but still in spec, it will cause the engine management to do weird things.
