Car doesn't start 850 1995

I have an 850 T5R and am experiencing an intermittent problem with it not starting after driving it for awhile. It will start right up with a boost and it also seems that if you let it sit for some time, it'll start up normally. I've had the battery tested and it is fully charged. Is this heat related? or any idea what I can check? Can it be the starter?
