Jimmy: just curious about what happened w/the 'problem' with the mileage: at least in my state, there is a space on the title for a 'mileage other than indicated' or some such similar language, and a place for the 'different' mileage, and a place for the seller/dealer to signoff on the matter. There must be a way that this discrepancy can be handled, for legitimate reasons anyway. I find it hard to believe that there was no such provision available for you. Have you looked at the title to see if this option was available but overlooked? PD.
