Passenger A/C not working V70-XC70 2002

Hi Klaus:

I was able to remove the damper motors but the system of connecting the motor shaft to the vent is not the same design as the earlier models and therefore the fix described for them doesn't work. Thanks for all your input.

The BSR scanner seems to work quite well. When I first hooked it up a few days ago, there were four codes saved which were quite random and had to do with the driver's door and mirror. Since I wasn't having any issues, I just noted the codes and cleared them. They haven't returned.

The scanner does not do real time stuff but you can watch it seemingly access all the systems. It also allows you to clear codes and to reset the service light.

Thanks again for your input. This may be a dealer problem but I always try my best!

Gary
