Ok I'm stumped. Trying to get the adjustment locking nut of the inner tie rod end to get at replacing steering boot. I locked the outer tie rod and against the nut from the other side and still unable to budge it. Heat, cold, cusin a blue streak, I am open to suggestions.

It has had periodic penetrating fluid application over the past several hours. Looks like it will pickle over night as well.
