Ignition Wires-When to Replace 850 1995

Just wondering if there is any information on here about the approximate life of oe wires, cap and rotor. Car has 76,000 miles and it appears they are the originals. Any information will be helpful. Currently I get approximately 20 mpg average with some highway and city combined. What do you think.
