Hi Jeong:

I did exactly as you said and I could not successfully program the other

remotes. Let me briefly explain. I just bought a pre-owned 850 that came with two(2) remotes. One worked, the other did not. I put a new battery in the one that did not work and went through the process you gave me.

Nothing! Could the remote be bad? I certainly do not want to spend an exorbitant amount from the dealer for a "brand new" one.
