I'm wondering if he has a smaller engine than normally found here. In Europe, it's common for the cars to have diminutive engines (e.g., a big S-class Mercedes with a 2.0 liter engine), often below 2 liters -- that's a cutoff for a large savings in taxes, I've heard.
