1995 850 "Heated O2 Sensor Faulty' and Steering u-joints 850

Bru is right about the O2 sensor, clean the connector and put it back. The rear sensor checks the output of the converter and a leak after that point wont hurt.

Tailgate latch, Look in the classifieds for someone parting out their 850. You might have to go to the Boston area to get to a good pick&pull, scout them out over the WWW. Or call FCP Groton and ask them for a price.

You are correct about the steering buckle, the lower one tends to go first and create sticky spots. You could verify it by taking a can of WD40 and spraying that buckle and seeing if it frees things up.
