Nothing wrong with fwd V70s with the 5 cyl engine. In fact, they run great. Ask if there is any maint history, and/or get the dealer inspection checklist. The timing belt isn't until 105K miles, but it is probably time for new spark plugs.
At that price, the tires better be in good shape :)
