The alarm horn for the 850/70 is on the firewall at the center of the engine bay.
There is a lock sensor on the driver's side hood latch. Make sure the wires are not disconnected and the hood latches properly. I always grab the hood and try to pull up on both sides after closing the hood, burned too many times with a partially closed hood.
Also check to make sure the trunk is completely closed.
You could check the remotes for dirt in the switch area by taking them apart. The two sides are just pressure fitted together.
