Did '04 V70 still have the leaky A/C evaporator issue? V70-XC70 2004

Part of me remembers that the leaky A/C Evaporators only plagued the pre-2000 'Volvos' but I'm looking at trading my 98 V70 AWD on an '04 V70 2.5T and I just want to make sure that I'm not going to hit the A/C evaporator bill in a few thousand miles.

Anything else to look out for on a plain-jane '04 2.5t?
