Yes, they are pretty straightforward so long as you have the correct Torx bit tools to pull the cover. I would consider that price quote to be a bit on the high side but it does depend upon the shop's hourly rate and exactly what was being quoted for. Is that quote for simple spark plug replacement or does that include a tune-up which is typically plugs, air filter, and a complete safety inspection?
