You may need to clean the sensor. Believe you can remove the sensor from the main body by using a T25 security bit. Do not touch the sensor but clean it with CRC MAF sensor cleaner. Got mine from NAPA. Generally this works, but it could be gone. Try cleaning before ordering another.
