S90 Model 1998

I own 98 S90 & front end & steering wheel shakes at higher speeds. I have fairly new tires, lifetime wheel balance & tires were checked for possible bent rim.While driving, I experimented by slightly turning the steering wheel left or right when the shaking starts & it stops until the wheels lign up again. Help!
