Hello, I believe the info for the mileage is stored in the vehichles ecu. It has a digital odometer, so even if it was changed with a lower mileage one it would change to the number stored in the ecu. You could take it to a volvo dealer or an independent with Vadis software and they shouldbe able verify the correct mileage.
