You can call Volvo 800 number and they will ship you one, or call the dealer parts dept and they will order one for the same price.

Sorry, there are no more GREEN manuals. You can get VADIS CDs off of Ebay, they are pirated, but they contain any thing you want regarding fixing. Just make sure it has 1998 on it.
You could try your public library and see if they subscribe to ALLDATA database, then it will only cost you to print a page here and there.
