Disk brakes will always "drag" a little bit, and that is of no concern. Feeling drag is another problem. The slides may have gotten unslippery during the period of unuse. Just pull them out and grease them with brake grease. While you are at it, pull off the caliper and inspect the piston, grease it throughly and put it all back together.
Hissing sound???? I have NO idea.
