Here is Rule308 responding to a low oil pressure light coming on:
You probably have a blown out O ring in the oil supply circuit in the oil pan. There is a series of pipes and O rings in the oil delivery circuit in the oil pan, the O rings get old and start to squeeze out past the pipe that they are supposed to be sealing. It is possible that one of these is leaking and that when you get the car at the correct angle it allows it to suck some air and this causes the oil pressure switch to close momentarily and bring the light on for a split second. The only way to know for sure is to either drop the pan down and physically inspect them or to hook up an oil pressure guage and go duplicate the problem and see if you are in fact loosing pressure. If you loose pressure then you will need to drop that pan and replace the seals. Past that you will need to look at the oil pump itself if the problem continues.

The best bet is to get an oil pressure test, but I am guessing that the pickup tubes need cleaning. The oil pan has a special sealant to put it back on, no hard gasket.
