Cold weather air intake problem 850 1997

This happened to my daughter's 95 turbo once. The hose is most likely very soft and should be replaced. It is caused by moisture freezing in the intercooler and restricting the airflow in very cold weather. If you let it warm up a little it will most likely be OK. I replaced the hose with a truck radiator hose 90 (degree bend). I don't remomber the size but it is different on each end. I got it to fit the larger end then squezed it down with the clamp for the smaller end. It was much lower cost than OE.
God Luck,
