Old to Volvos, new to the 850. Some random questions... 850 1996

I have a turbo, which I think is a bit less economy wise. I use regular fuel (87?), and I get around 23.4mpg 80% hwy 20% cty driving in the summer. In the winter it goes down to 21.4mpg. I think the EPA was 19/26 for the 95 850T. I don't have any performance issues. When I hit it fairly hard, it gives me all the power I need. Good luck. Don.
