Green Bay is not as cold as all of the stories told by New Yorkers :) You could just move to Packer land and buy one of those stupid cheese hats (keeps your head warm).
The ABS module fails because of excessive heat. The welds are extremely poor if you live in a warmer climate. Send the module off to Victor and it will never fail again!
