replaceing power window motor on a 98 v70 V70-XC70 1998

Hello, I am replaceing the power window motor on a 98 v70. I bought the motor used. I got the old one off with no problems by unscrewing the 4 torx screws. But, I am haveing a problem getting the drive partof the motor in the gear housing.anyone ever done this before. Any sugestions would be great.
