ABS TRAC Light loss of Acceleration

From previous posts I am suspecting the ABS Module.The other day my trc light was flashing the speedo and and trip computer went out , als the car last acceleration and had the feeling like it was staring out in 3rd gear similar to when the traction is turned on. I want to remove the ABS Module but also need to drive the car. has anyone expierenced this?
