Flashing Arrow, Code 223, No Start 850 1995

I was driving my '95 850 when it suddenly died. The yellow arrow is flashing and I am receiving code 223 from the A1 port of the diagnostic connection. My Acton OBDII scanner indicates a faulty throttle position sensor. I replaced the sensor and the car worked for a few miles before it died again.

Any suggestions?
