Looking at new S60 -- 2.4T or T5?

Hi all,

I've been around on the RWD and V8 pages for a while but it looks like one of our old 240s is on the way out of the house (son taking it with him) and it's time to get my bride a new car. We've looked at lots of cars from Acura to Volvo, and so far she seems to like the S60 the best (well, except for that Infiniti M35X, but that's more than a little high).

Local dealer has what looks to be a couple of good deals on a few remaining 06s, including a silver S60 T5 ("special edition?")--probably get it out the door for not too much more than 30K. There's also a light green metallic 2.4T for a little less. Both are automatics . . . .

Anything to be aware of/look out for regarding these cars? I have to admit, before this little adventure I'd never even sat in a FWD Volvo . . . compared to our old 83s, even the new Accord seemed pretty plush.
