Since it is an original Volvo accessory, you might try calling a couple of dealers in your area and talk to the parts department. When I was looking for load bars for a cargo box on my S40, I checked out Thule and Yakima. Ended up getting Volvo OEM bars from the dealer nearby for less than half what the aftermarket bars would have been. I bought the cargo box from Thule and it's great.

Dealers are hit and miss on parts and accessory prices so try more than one.
