I, too have the blinking lights on my a/c unit for 30 seconds. Its very interesting how these failures come after few months when all is well with the car. The a/c is not blowing as cold all the time. I am thinking of a recharge. But these lights blinking are giving me a pause. Maybe its something else. The check engine is not on-- so are there still codes?

I would like to add the freon and end it there... but not sure?

What next steps should I take?
