Got my parts from autohausaz.com (cheaper than FCP Groton).

Also by the time you have the fading brake, consider new rotor while you are there as thinner rotors dissipate heat poorly.

Check your car spec.
If at min thickness, go for new rotors.
I use Zimmerman-Brembo also from autohausaz.com, only $37/each.
