driver's side wiper post - stripped threads 850 1994

I'v read others say the wiper linkage is a real nightmare to adjust. I'd try the locktite fix first. I think there are two types, maybe red and blue?? I believe the red has less "lock" than the blue and if so you might want to try that color first although I may have them switched.
