I assume you've checked your fuses. The fan speeds except the highest are controlled by the slide switch which sends voltage to a multi-tap resistor. It is the five-sided black plastic plate that mounts to the air plenum just to the driver's side of the climate control fan. That resistor failed on my wife's car last week and the fan did not work. FCP Groton seems to have the best price.
