I agree that these are reasonable estimates too, but why are you doing these things now? If the TB was done at 70K miles like it was suppose to be done, you are good until 140K miles, at which time I would do all you mentioned. Of course, doing these early won't hurt but if nothing is telling you that there is a problem, I would leave things alone for now. If it aint broke, don't fix it, sometimes is good advice, and with a TB before its time, I think it's great advise. You should do tensioner, pulley, water pump at the 140K mark and Serpentine belt at 120K mark, if it was done at 60K mark as it should have been done. Replacing the Serp. belt tensioner at the 120K mark is also good insurance.
