perhaps half a cup was a bit of an exageration ! I was concerned about the hydraulic action so I increased the amount from about a teaspoon full down each pot at first to finally 30 ml ( I had nothing to loose next stop the breakers !)and away she went , still drives perfctly and returning 33 mpg !
