Usually not a problem. I got that code for plug #4 twice in the same week, but I was really pushing on the pedal. I kept the same plugs and 5K later, still no problem. I might have gotten some watery gas, or perhaps it was a left over from some injector cleaner I poured in a few weeks before.
But, better new plugs, wires, and cap. Hope they are Volvo plugs,
